The Customer Love program was started after one of our wonderful, loyal customers told us that she was telling everyone who asked about our work where to find us. We decided that we wanted to thank her, and all our fantastic customers who share us with their friends and family, since we know that it’s through that word-of-mouth that we are growing our business.
The program is simple: for every new customer who makes a purchase and names you as their referrer, you will receive 10% of their sale order in store credit. You can redeem it whenever you wish. Every time a new customer mentions you, we’ll send you an email and let you know that you’ve got credit – you can let it accumulate and work your way to a large purchase, or you can redeem it as soon as you find out about it. You just need to remember to tell all your friends and family to tell us your name when they’re going through the checkout process! They can send us an email, include it in their ‘notes to seller’ during the checkout process, or tell us in person – we’re keeping score.
So please don’t forget to tell people to mention your name when they ask you where they can buy a cool looking bag just like yours – we want you to get some free stuff for being so awesome!
